My mother purchased her engagement ring here last year as my father was unwell and not able to get out. The service was fantastic and so is the ring. I’ve said to myself for a long time I’d like to own a breitling so I’ve worked hard and saved up, today I thought I’d pop in to enquire. I was met with fantastic service again. Unfortunately there were no breitlings in stock. The lovely gentleman was kind enough to take my number and said he’d give me a call if any came in many thanks for you help and I look forward to hopefully making a purchase from you sometime soon.

I always use Mitchells Jewellers as they are so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them. Their service is fast, efficient and their prices are very competitive. They have an excellent range of jewellery items when shopping for that special birthday or Christmas gift and if they don't happen to stock what you are looking for in store, they will order it in so you get exactly what you want. Also brilliant speedy service for white gold re-rhodium plating, so your rings look like new. I won't shop anywhere else!

What a fantastic jewellery shop! That have a huge range of jewellery available and luxury watches. I went to view a number of Rolex’s they had for sale. The owner was extremely patient and very knowledgeable. I’d highly recommend Mitchells Jewellers to anyone.

What a lovely experience. I went in hoping to find a bracelet for my partner, I spent nearly half an hour in the store with a lovely lady and gentleman who completely tailored my experience. They didn't have exactly what I wanted so having a Goldsmith on site they made it for me. I also found out they buy most of your old jewellery as well including gold and silver. I won't go anywhere else now. If they haven't got what you want they'll either order it in or make it from scratch and they have all price ranges of jewellery and watches. You can spend 30 quid or 30 thousand. I've bought many items since my first experience at Mitchells, sometimes off the shelf and sometimes a complete bespoke piece and I've received the same great service everytime. There's parking nearby and lots of places to eat and a river walk a couple of minutes down the hill, maldon in general is worth a day out but for me Mitchells is definitely the highlight.
