Neither of the lifts was working. Had my mum in a mobility scooter and couldn't get down. So had to pay for not even staying in the carvpark, so could get out. Maybe a note should be put up saying lifts out of order

Lifts often don't work, and when they do they close at 18:45. Often there are intimidating groups of youngsters using the car park like a youth club. Avoid if you can.
