Where do I even start? Would give 0 stars if I could. Firstly my insurance company sent my car here, the manager of the garage scoffed and said parts are taking up to 17 weeks (which ok not his fault) but said he couldn’t possibly give me a courtesy car for that length so made my estimate £9 under the excess so he wouldn’t have to, took them 2 weeks to even look at the car, then I paid them for the part and they said it was ordered, only for me to find out later that it took them 3/4 weeks after payment to even order the part, (why when it was clear it could take up to 17 weeks? Then of course lie). After car had been sitting in the garage for about 12 weeks Danielle the receptionist rudely texts after business hours, email early next morning before business hours stated that they can’t source the part so will drop my car off at my house. I asked her about it being ordered, why the sudden change, has my car been damaged? Why take it in knowing it was 17 weeks but then change 6 weeks before? Why didn’t they order the part when they took payment and wait almost a month? She refused to answer any questions, and said she will put key through door, throughout the 12 weeks my car was there I had very little communication. Car is now in another garage. I am still waiting on refund. This place is an absolute joke, I have seen their reviews and they really have no respect or concern for any of their customers. My advice is take your car somewhere more reputable.

Had my wee Toyota’s rear bumper resprayed a few years back. They some how managed to leave some foreign objects (thin hair like objects) under the layer of paint. I had to get the inspect or from my insurance company inspect the result as the garage didn’t admit the work carried out was sub standard. In the end they were forced to rectify the defect but my car came with a huge dent in the passenger side door sill, which I didn’t notice until about two months later as hardly nobody used the passenger seat. Beware, if you decide to use this lot, make sure you check your vehicle thoroughly for any damages.

I feel cheated! I had some work done from an insurance claim and i had, on the back of it asked about some more work 'if' one side was to be resprayed. I was quoted around £700 . When i came to collect my car one side had been resprayed and the work was perfect, unfortunately the insurance side had been "buffed" not what was explained to me. The work cost me £910 !! I spoke to a girl behind the desk and the workshop manager both who were absolutely lovely. Unfortunately i wanted to se "Derek" who had a meeting . I would not recommend this company to anyone. Find an independent company please.
