We have been using Mitchell's for several years and find them to be excellent at all times. They installed our system and it simply works. Servicing is always done to schedule. Recently we had a problem with the thermostat and the cylinder. In both cases the problems were diagnosed and resolved and we were kept informed of what was happening. Simon even got the thermostat changed for us at no cost, even though the warranty was out of date.

Mitchells are terrific. I've used them in Eastbourne and Hailsham for nearly 20 years and I have always found their service and engineers to be the best. Just had a new boiler fitted and as usual their service and performance was excellent. Some time ago I had a boiler problem and was worried about the lockdown situation. No problem! I called and Simon answered and within minutes we had worked out a way for him to safely attend and fix the issue within 24hrs. Great Company - great people 👍
