We purchased our engagement and wedding rings from Mitch and the team. We were so impressed that I have since returned for pearls and earings - again stunning service. When we "needed" (?) an eternity ring there was only once place we considered. On our first visit Mitch and Helen advised they would keep us in diamonds for life. I didn't realise the wife would take them so seriously........ We visited again yesterday - Had a fabulous warm welcome from an amazing team, Nik was brilliant, went through lots of options and managed to get the image from my wife's head out and into a piece of jewellery ! Truly a skillset :-) The teams skills are far beyond customer service, their ability to create and produce the most amazing jewellery is fabulous. In terms of value then I cannot fault them - amazing stones and settings that I consider to be great value for money. (Don't tell the wife - she will want a regular booking). All that aside the smile on the wife's face is worth more than money - happy wife, happy life. Shopping with a glass of champagne may be habit forming through :-) So Nik, Bhav and team - thank you for another amazing experience. I'm sure we will be seeing you again ! (and again, and again). Couldn’t recommend Mitchel&co enough. We had such a brilliant experience, and Bhav made our wedding band shopping experience memorable. He gave such good advice to two people who are pretty clueless and we came out feeling so happy with our choices and so excited to pick them up! Not only have we found the perfect wedding bands for us, he advised that my engagement ring (from a different jeweller) was too big. Bhav then offered to resize it to the correct size and had it done within an hour, free of charge. I felt like I had a brand new ring! The customer service is 10/10 and we will be returning in the future to buy more jewellery, as we now feel like we couldn’t go anywhere else and receive such good service. Thank you Bhav :)
