Worst customer service I've ever had. Food arrived late and was not only cold but the portions were so small they didn't even fill half the container. The main looked more like a starter. When I called to check if the wrong order had been delivered the manager was rude, arrogant and aggressive. Do yourself a favour and do not order from here.

For those who think you are ordering from Mitalee, it is now under new management called (Mamataz Tandoori) Just ordered Indian from this place. I open my main which was chicken Tikka and it was cold and half empty (please view pictures below) for £7.95 i got half a main and when I rang to say this must be a starter, the guy started shouting and me and saying this is what they serve, calling a lier and told me not to order from them. The best response was that he put 7 pieces of chicken when in a normal takeaway this would classify as 4. A bit of advice to the new owner, it doesn't matter how many pieces you cut the same fillet Into, you still gave me half a portion. Maybe dont shout in the future at your customers. 0/5 for food and service.

Don't use the Mitalee website to order from them. I did, paid for food, food didn't arrive, went and spoke to them about it. They said the website has been disabled, and I'd have to resolve through PayPal - even though I was able to order and pay for food via their website
