I was looking for a reliable company to replace my bedroom windows that were suffering from bad condensation and found Misty Glaze. First thing I checked were the reviews and they were all very positive so gave Misty Glaze a go. From acquiring a quote and site survey to all to installation has been a breeze, very efficient service and professional installers who replaced all 4 glass panels with speed but with great care. The price quoted for the work was very reasonable, In fact it was the cheapest one out of the 3 companies I contacted ☺️ so thank you Dave who was always responding to my emails and questions. Just needed a blown window unit replaced. Misty Glaze were by far the cheapest estimate. As soon as I asked them to do the job, they were round within a few days at exactly the time they promised to measure up. Once the unit was made up, they rang straightaway to arrange a convenient time for fitting, and arrived again at the promised time, two days later to fit it. It took 10 minutes to take the old unit out, put the new one in, and clean both the inside and outside of the window, which now looks brand new. At all times, all the staff we came into contact with were very helpful, friendly, efficient and professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending them, or using them again. A grand job.

Sadly one of my large patio doors failed shorty after warranty. I looked via google search and found several companies. I don’t usually use a company I haven’t had a recommendation from a friend. However, after reading the google reviews I knew Misty Glaze were the ones for me. The initial correspondence was so friendly and helpful, then the site survey to check my measurements and the glass thickness to the speedy turnaround and excellent fitting of the door. What an amazing company, I would highly recommend their service and will surely be using them again.
