Had misty glass for 8 leaded windows,they came measured up give a reasonable and fair price,.came on time when booked in,bit of a problem with the manufacturer who makes the glass,they didn’t want any payment till they came back to fit the remaining 2 panels of glass and we were happy. I have used this company on a couple of occasions now and can't recommend them highly enough. Great communications, never pressuring you to take any particular type of glass when they come round to provide a quote. On the day of install, they keep in contact with any changes to the pre-approved time and they come and go leaving no mess at all. My go-to company for any replacement window needs.

Experience was quick and painless! One of the windows cracked itself, due to moisture and being old. Called Misty Glass, who came and took measurements. While there, we asked for the bathroom window handle to also be replaced, which they included in the price for us. Went ahead with price given and they gave us a date and time for the visit. Visit itself was super fast and they were finished in minutes. Both guys that came were very polite as well.
