Great job flooring my loft, extending hatch and installing ladder for decent price. One thing I'd mention is be careful to accurately measure your loft before getting a quote as you may end up paying more as the guys only round up to the nearest 5sq m... Very happy with their service though.

What a great job, these guys no how to do their job and leave the job very clean and tidy. Apparently the guy on the side of the van is a portrait of the Boss haha. But on a more serious note , they arrived on time and never bothered us AND THEY MUST HAVE WORKED IN 80 degree heat. WELL DONE GUYS.

A totally superb service. From the initial telephone call to their office, being guided through what they may be able to help you with, to the installation , it was exemplary. The two installers, Jason and Zack , came at 08.40 am and left at 6.30pm. They worked hard and professionally all day, were safety conscious, polite and cheerful, even cleaning and hoovering up afterwards. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to any person looking for loft boarding and/or loft ladders, installed by an excellent firm.

Terrible service! Fitter arrive half an hour late without any call or explanation. Very quickly told me the job would be £55 more because he had to line the loft opening so that the door would fit snugly without uneven gaps. Once the door was fitted there were uneven gaps and he said it was because the opening wasn't square! I checked the door he'd cut and it wasn't square, which accounted for the uneven gap. He and his boss on the phone swore and got angry and then said they would remove the entire job and I wouldn't be charged. He removed the door and ladder but ran out without removing the batons which now means we can't shut the old door so the loft is stuck open! Very bad attitude, awful customer service. DON"T USE THEM!
