Same experience as previous review. Fitted a Puck system. House flooded. Massive damage to whole ground floor. Sent him court notice, but get this, he is counter suing me because I served it on his name and not his company name. Guess he must sleep well at night. Now taking the matter to Small claims court.

Mist Safety UK sold us a Puck misting system that they have no informed us is liable to flooding and could damage our house at any time. Refusing to sort out without us paying over £600 more. Will be making a claim with the courts for a full refund and advise you all do the same. Avoid this company at all costs, you will lose your money.
