I started working with Nat after attending a couple of really useful workshops in the gym, I asked Nat if she could get me summer body ready, help me build muscle, learn how to use the equipment properly. I've since been working through a tailored programme which has helped me become more confident, stronger and focused and I'm well on track to achieve my results! Nat goes above and beyond what you'd expect, making sure to keep things fresh and interesting, pushes and challenges me (which I love) and has completely changed my understanding and view of nutrition whilst - she keeps a close eye on my food diary and regularly checks in on me to see how I'm getting on. 10/10 would recommend Nat to anyone :)!

Found Natalie as I wanted to get a bit stronger and have some workouts in the gym that didn’t involve me guessing what I should do etc Natalie’s been great with both these, focussing on making sure I have good posture as we build strength, mixing up the activities so I have loads to do, and generally being enthusiastic!
