I ordered flowers for a funeral said I wanted them vibrant. On picking them up the posy was flat and the orange roses on the side had already started to wilt. Plus there was far too much foliage. I had to take it to another florist who managed to sort it some way. Put more flowers in and sort the roses for me. So disappointed for what she charges.
