    So to start off I was very happy with the service I received, I placed an order to collect and it was ready when I got there. When I got home and dished mine and my partners meals they were great sized portions but unfortunately the omelette was very oily and the chow mein was rather dry. Not always had these issues but was disappointed on this occasion 😕

    Just ordered for the first time and it won't be the last. Great tasting food Great portions I couldn't fault a single thing with any of the food we ordered, polite on the telephone and very clear on expected delivery times and apologetic for how long it would take due to bank holiday and high demand ( it was definitely worth the wait).     Ordered sweet and sour chicken-balls with fried rice as part of bigger order, sweet and sour sauce not delivered, when rang to advise missing was told driver finished for the night at 9.30 pm! (Only delivered 10-15 minutes before) but still open until at least until 11pm response was will knock off next order and not prepared to deliver missing sauce - asked how I was expected to eat sweet and sour chicken without the sweet and sour?? couldn’t eat it too dry without! We order every week from them, attitude was terrible they couldn’t have cared less!! Mistakes happen but it’s what they do to resolve it that matters. Been out for the evening which is why we paid for delivery so couldn’t go and get any plus fact that meal would have been cold by time got back.
