My recent visit to Mirror Mirror Bridal Boutique in London left me with mixed feelings. While the overall experience was okay, I couldn't help but feel slightly disappointed. Although the service was friendly, I found myself craving more guidance and enthusiasm throughout the appointment. Additionally, the room we were in had a slight unpleasant smell, which detracted from the ambiance. On a positive note, the staff at Mirror Mirror were indeed friendly and welcoming. They greeted us with warm smiles and made an effort to make us feel comfortable. However, I couldn't help but notice that there was a lack of proactive engagement and enthusiasm from the consultants. It would have been wonderful to have someone who shared in the excitement of finding the perfect dress, offering suggestions and providing a bit more guidance based on their expertise. One aspect that hindered the overall experience was the room's odor. The slight unpleasant smell in the fitting area was distracting and took away from the ambiance one would expect in a bridal boutique. It would be beneficial for the management to address this issue promptly, as it can significantly impact a bride's overall impression of the boutique. Although I didn't leave Mirror Mirror with my dream dress, I do believe they have the potential to enhance their service and provide an exceptional bridal shopping experience. Offering more personalised attention, actively listening to a bride's preferences, and providing enthusiastic guidance would greatly improve the overall experience. Additionally, resolving any issues related to the room's odor would significantly enhance the ambiance and make the bride feel more at ease during the appointment.

Shamel took me through my perfect wedding dress journey and made me so comfortable, created a great atmosphere for all of my visits and she knew exactly what to do to make sure my dress made me feel like a real life princess. From the initial appointment, to helping me FaceTime my mum, even to beautifully packaging up my dress, the level of service has been perfect. I had the best experience here - I didn’t even end up buying my dress here as happened to come across ‘the one’ elsewhere, but still wanted to take the time to leave a review because I highly recommend this boutique. The choice is phenomenal and the quality of dresses is one of a kind. If I had a bigger wedding planned I would have bought one of their elegant robes for sure. The highlight of this place was Shamel though. I went to quite a few boutiques and nowhere compares to her outstanding consultation and expertise in making the sample dresses fit my figure.

The best place to get your wedding dress I cannot reccommend Mirror Mirror enough! They helped make my dream dress come alive by all of their helpful tips and comments in how we could adjust the dress to make it more personalised, and also at the final stages with helping my bridesmaids on how to bustle and fluff the dress! The team were so patient and helpful as we tried on all the dresses, making helpful comments along the way and not rushing us at any stage. I had been to lots of places to try dresses and Mirror Mirror were by far the best in terms of professionalism but also making it a unique, personal and special experience, unlike other places where you are rushed through and just another bride! Everyone at Mirror Mirror were so helpful and kind and made the whole process so enjoyable and special, thank you thank you thank you!

The way you saw the vision I had and worked with my to transform the dress was incredible. Your advice went far beyond the dress itself, from veil, to shoes and hair. You styled the entire look and gave me the confidence I needed. On the day, and following on from this, I have had so many compliments from people saying how stunning the dress was and that they have never seen anything like this before. The train was just incredible, and the way it transformed into more than one look. I truly felt like a princess for a day something I did not think was possible. I had heard some horror stories of other shops and so approached the whole thing with trepidation however the team could not have been more encouraging and supportive in finding exactly what I wanted. The shop is lovely and bright, coupled with a fantastic selection of dresses and the vision to create something unique. From start to finish the whole process with Mirror Mirror was just incredible. Becca was so welcoming during my first appointment and made me feel so comfortable, she really understood my vision when choosing my dress. What can I say about Meb and the alterations team. Honestly I am speechless, the care and attention that went into my fittings was amazing and Meb is honestly such a wizard with pins. There was a lot of work needed, a huge amount of taking in and also the creation of an entirely new neckline. I was so so happy with how it all came out.
