This was a good surgery now its a disgrace 45mins on phone to get to the front of the queue then cut me off then amazingly all lines are busy once you finally get to see a doctor they are very good you get the odd one or 2 that just won't listen to your problems or just give you more pain killers to take which still don't work as you have tried different options and mixed pain killers together as told by the docs and they still don't listen saying that their are some great doctors there it would be very good if you could see the same doctor who sort of knows you and your problems instead of telling another doc about your problems all over again just so hard to see one as I said this was an excellent service here but gone downhill they just don't seem to care big shame really

This is no GP you can't even book an appointment they tell you to call 8:30 and when u call it always says 20 to 30 people is before you and when it is you turn no one picks up so if I can't make an appointment what's the point of having you as my GP

Doctors take their time, they listen attentively and will make you feel comfortable. The doctors will always refer if need be and will aim to sort you out there and then if possible. The practice manager is brilliant, not only is she a positive person, she's very willing and helpful. Time is not a main concern for her or the doctors, it's all about the patients and what they need. A rare quality.

I am 39 years old and have been with this surgery since I was 4 years old!! There has been a lot of changes over the years and at one time I couldn’t get through for appointments once Hillary had left but the last few months I’ve needed appointments for my children and they have been brilliant with getting me booked in !! The staff on front desk are a really nice bunch and have been really helpful,respectful and kind to me also very understanding 😊 I appreciate your help and Keep up the good work Hope you have a lovely new year and thanks

Not even worth one star, they will only see bout 10 patients a day n then ur sent few miles away to different area and doctors despite being disabled or having no transport
