Absolutely wonderful people, so caring, kind and patient, it’s a heartbreaking experience loosing your fur baby but the way my boys cremation was handled made this all a little easier. He passed on his own terms at home so took Beefy ourselves it wasn’t like I expected I was listened to about his personality and the things he did. It was the time I was given and the want to listen about his life that made this a 5 star experience, Beefy was handled with care and respect and he come home the very next day, beautiful casket and a absolute beautiful card, truly grateful for this couple they are wonderful human beings

We took our dog Duke in February 2021 after he sadly passed and were greeted with such kindness and compassion during such an emotional time. When my frog Pickles sadly passed away last week, I could only think of taking him here too. Pauline and David were lovely yet again and they treated him like the beloved pet that he was. It was a first for them but they didn't hesitate and I am very thankful to have gotten him back the next day in a sweet little scatter tube. Can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you Pauline and David for all you do

Could not recommend enough for those who have suffered the loss of a pet and are looking to cremate. The business owners were so kind and helpful, all my needs were met and all my questions answered. They have a range of different urns to choose from, along with personalised plaques. I’m so thankful that my Bambi got the send off she deserves. Thank you both so much.

Our beloved pet dog died suddenly and unexpectedly yesterday and I had no idea what to do. I phoned Pauline and David at Mirfield pet crematorium and they said I could take my dog straight down and they would be able to cremate her that day, her ashes were ready for me to collect today. Pauline and David are both lovely and understanding people and were so kind and caring, they made a very difficult time straight forward and easier to deal with. Highly recommend them and the service they provide.

We lost our cat Kiki suddenly and unexpectedly. After a conversation with our vet I contacted Mirfield Pet Crematorium and spoke to Pauline. We sorted everything easily and arranged a time to take Kiki. We got her back the next day having opted for the tribute box, Pauline and David were brilliant to deal with and showed full understanding of our situation, as well as empathy. Thank you for making a difficult time as stress free as it ever could be.

Dear David & Pauline, we would like to say a very big thank you to the both of you for taking very good care of our cat Mia. we have had Mia for over 10 years and she was a very big part of our lives, she thought the cu'l-de-sac where we all lived was hers to rule, if there was a house door open she would investigate inside everyone got to know and love her she will be sadly missed by everyone. This is to say a very big thank you for your excellent and compassionate care you showed to us and Mia many thanks again. Les, Val and Agnes
