Been using this store for years. The staff always been great, excellent knowledge and customer service bought a number of devices over the years had no issue. Visited recently to buy a new kit bought a Tecc spectrum had for a week absolutely no issues, the lad went through everything and set it up for me so I was happy before leaving. The juices also better quality than some others I’ve used. When I’ve had an issue it’s been sorted straight away. The website is also great always received orders on time and the loyalty programme is also good earning points with each spend and invoices being saved online in case you loose your original. Great company to deal with won’t go anywhere else.

Good vape store and company overall. Nice flavours but the liquid seems to burn faster than others on the market. Also they shouldn't be selling TECC GT coils as they're such poor quality they're probably dangerous. 0.6ohm and 1.2ohm each have issues. If you don't mind a battery covered in liquid all the time with the 0.6 or after a couple of days the 1.2 spitting juice at you and or forcing you to inhale 2-3x as hard then go for it.

Absolutely disgusting service today jobs worth won’t be going back, mis sold me a tank and refused to exchange it because I had lost my receipt but he rembered selling me it and said it was similar to my old one, which is wasn’t.😡 so I paid £8.99 yesterday and was forced to buy another for £9.99 this morning I would have been cheaper to buy a new kit altogether... such a shame because when the ladies used to be there they were so helpful and pleasant.....
