We initially chose Rachel to plan our wedding as she was always the fastest to respond with questions about the planning process and that was very important to us. She continued to deliver on this and was a joy to work with. Everything seemed simple and there was no stress. We used a trello board so I was always aware of what was being worked on, could see my options, etc. This made it really simple and I could I ask questions about each item in it's own thread. I would definitely recommend Mirabella Weddings to my friends!

We hired Mirabella Weddings for our wedding originally planned for April 2021. In the end, due to Covid, we actually had two ‘weddings’ – a very small, official, one in April 2021 and then a bigger one a year later, when restrictions had eased. Rachel made what was a really difficult and stressful time feel totally manageable and she supported us throughout. Below are just a few reasons why we’d recommend her: - Meticulously organised with a really good portal for communicating, supplier selection, invoices and payments. This was a brilliant tool and Rachel was always quick to reply to our queries using this platform. - Flexible approach – problems were always solved quickly and with no fuss, Rachel was invaluable when we had to change our dates (pandemic driven) and even planned and attended our very small ceremony, something we were very grateful for. - Has a great network of trusted suppliers who clearly have a lot of time for her and can execute to her high standards, there was always a big choice for us and recommendations were always offered, which was great. - Kind and a genuinely nice person, very easy to get along with. - Hard working – always finding time for us to have a catch up call or update, even at odd times. Also worked tirelessly over the event to ensure everything was perfect. We’re very glad to have hired Mirabella Weddings and the end results were truly amazing. We’d recommend the business wholeheartedly – simply fantastic.

You won’t find a more knowledgeable, dedicated and supportive wedding planner than Rachel. Not only is she incredibly creative and organised, she is an excellent collaborator and partner. Throughout the planning process, she really listened us and consistently delivered at every stage. Rachel sourced everything for our wedding weekend through her solid network of top suppliers and managed all communication efficiently and proactively, which took so much stress off our shoulders! On the day, she did an outstanding job of managing timings and logistics, meaning we could properly relax and enjoy ourselves. We had so many compliments from guests who were impressed at the styling and attention to detail across the weekend, from the ceremony and flowers to the cocktails and place settings. Many said they’d never felt so relaxed at a wedding, which is a testament to Rachel’s expertise. Rachel made our wedding vision a reality and made it look absolutely effortless. Rachel is absolutely phenomenal at what she does. She not only helped us plan an intimate wedding abroad with our families in Puglia, but when COVID hit, she helped us navigate the crisis and switch our intimate wedding to an elopement, which she ultimately planned in under two weeks. All of our vendors had nothing but incredible things to say about working with her and the ones she helped us choose were perfect. She surprised us on our day with the most beautiful stationery, making the most beautiful keepsake for our moment. She even helped us plan our honeymoon around Italy, finding hotels and planning our route, which ended up being the most incredible adventure. In what was one of the most challenging situations for many couples to navigate, Rachel was by my side the entire time and I was so much better for it.

Rachel is truly brilliant at what she does and makes the process of wedding planning so enjoyable. Rachel was communicative and engaged from the start - leveraging her network of contacts and working seamlessly with suppliers we already had locked in for our big day. No question or request was too small, and Rachel was adept at juggling the logistics of our wedding (Brit/Aussie living in Sydney, planning a wedding in rural Hertfordshire). When the coronavirus crisis struck, Rachel was tireless in her efforts to ensure that we were happy and our vendors were looked after as we made alternative arrangements. My partner and I can't recommend Mirabella Weddings highly enough.

When my now husband proposed, he suggested we find a wedding planner as at the time we had newborn twins and were living in two different places due to his work and other family commitments. I turned down the idea on the basis of knowing that I love a challenge, am a stickler for detail and that I always know what I want when I see it. Little did I know quite how hard planning a wedding could be...with less than a month to go before the wedding, I stumbled across the most beautiful wedding photography on Instagram and realised every photo I was admiring had been styled by Rachel, so dropped her a line...In peak wedding season, in a very short space of time, Rachel put together for me mood-boards, linked up and boosted my colour scheme with various suggestions, found stationary suppliers, napkin suppliers and gave me the confidence to switch some of my plans particularly with regard to the dining table plus lots of other small but essential details. She was available to me whenever I needed help and was patient, kind, good humoured at all times, whilst giving me her frank and honest opinion on all of the decisions I was making. Rachel was absolutely incredible and we couldn’t recommend her highly enough. We got engaged and married four months later and we would not have been able to do this without Rachel. She helped us pull together our perfect day. From the moment we met her she was extremely organised, listened to everything we wanted and made the planning process fun! On the day of the wedding she took complete control to make sure that everything was set up and ran according to plan, co-ordinating numerous suppliers and dealing with any last minute glitches.
