    Have been customer of a subsidiary for the last 40 years, now integrated in Mipa. Products are excellent quality still but comunication with customers and overall treatment is getting worse every year. Orders not being handled, no confirmation, hard to get on the phone, missing products, no terms of payment, just COD, if you pay by bank you get goods as well COD and the best part, with missing components. Totally ignorand. This comment reflects experience in beginning of 2022, when Mipa aquired romanian distribution of several brands. Meanwhile things got better.
