I had my Loubies repaired here a while back and they came back with different types of heels attached! Not very visible at first sight but I had it confirmed by a local cobbler (heeltips were completely different size!). Shocking service!!!!

(Translated by Google) I surprised my wife with red Louboutin pumps for her birthday. Unfortunately, after wearing them for the first time, they were so badly damaged that I contacted Minuit Moins 7. Since I don't speak French, I first tried it in London. However, due to the heavy workload, the London branch turned down the order. So I contacted the Paris branch via English email. I received positive feedback from there within a day, including a price list and instructions on how to send the shoes. Approximately 1 hour after DHL confirmed that the package had been delivered, I received feedback from Minuit Moins 7 that the shoes had been delivered and checked. I was confirmed with the damage described (front half of soles and left heel) and estimated cost and provided a link to pay. After receipt of payment I immediately received a confirmation by e-mail. Yesterday, after just 7 weeks including shipping, my wife was able to wear her pumps again. We are absolutely satisfied with the execution of the work (half red rubber soles on both shoes and replacement of the leather on the left heel) and the customer focus never seen before. Da ich der französischen Sprache nicht mächtig bin, habe ich es zunächst in London versucht. Aufgrund der hohen Arbeitslast hat die Londoner Filiale den Auftrag jedoch abgelehnt. Daher habe ich mich per englischer E-Mail an die Pariser Filiale gewendet. Von dort bekam ich bereits innerhalb eines Tages eine positive Rückmeldung inkl. Preisliste und Verfahrensanweisung bzgl. Zusendung der Schuhe. Ca. 1 Stunde nach der Bestätigung seitens DHL, dass das Paket zugestellt wurde erhielt ich bereits die Rückmeldung seitens Minuit Moins 7, dass die Schuhe zugestellt und überprüft worden seien. Man bestätigte mir die beschriebenen Schäden (vordere Hälfte der Sohlen und der linke Absatz) sowie die geschätzten Kosten und stellte mir einen Link zwecks Bezahlung zur Verfügung. Nach Zahlungseingang erhielt ich sofort eine Bestätigung per E-Mail. Gestern, nach lediglich 7 Wochen inkl. Versand, konnte meine Frau ihre Pumps wieder tragen. Wir sind absolut zufrieden mit der Ausführung der Arbeiten (halbe rote Gummisohlen bei beiden Schuhen und Austausch des Leders beim linken Absatz) und der niemals zuvor erlebten Kundenorientierung.
