Absolutely amazing place. Sophia is lovely and a great yoga teacher. I had never done yoga before going here and felt a bit nervous but as soon as I got there I felt welcomed. You don’t feel pressured to do any of the poses and Sophia makes it clear that the positions are optional. Will continue to come here and I feel as though I have found a new hobby😊

Just loving the classes in this new studio. Great variety of Yoga practices. Lovely space and staff so friendly. Feel so welcome and comfortable. The Monday class of Peaches and Abs by Rebecca is just fab. The Candlelit on Thursday just totally relaxes you and I sleep so well after the class. Fridays Powerflow with Steph, omg is strong and what it says powerful. Sooo recommend this studio.

I got myself a £30 for 30 day pass and from the moment I entered Bliss I loved it . Sophie is so lovely and welcoming and down to earth . The studio is amazing and so calm and the decor is fab . Throughout the week there’s lots of different classes to choose from. I love the Saturday morning class sets you up for the weekend . I can’t recommend Bliss enough give it a try you won’t be disappointed
