Great dental practise so far. I only signed up 2 weeks ago and already they've been available for a check-up and a separate dental hygiene appointment. All the team have been really friendly and they've asked for my opinions on how I want my teeth treated, which I can't say for all dental practises. Thank you Mint Dental for showing how great a dental practise can be even when treating NHS patients.

I would not recommend mint dental clinic for private patients or even nhs patients. The staff at reception have no manners but not only that seem to be money driven and do not care about providing a good service. I had a 2:00pm appointment two weeks ago (bear in mind that they are closed from 1pm-2pm for lunch). If you arrive at least 5-10mins for your appointment for it to start on time there is no where to wait but outside and to sit on the stairs for those who are unable to stand for long periods of time. But not only that, because of the closed lunch period your 2pm will infact not start on time but appointment will still end on time. I will be complaining to customer service as the time of my teeth clean was reduced to 15mins despite paying for a 30min service.

2 months ago took my 11 year old son to this place. They referred him to NHS for some treatment. It’s normally min 8 weeks wait, being a child! 2 months later, NHS tells me that Mint has referred him but did not mention he was a child hence we need to start the process again. This is a huge error from Mint. My wife and I have been chasing mint to rectify this and still waiting their response. Shame on you, Mint Dental Centre, not to be trusted.

I had my dental check up yesterday with dr Vagadia. He was excellent, kind, highly professional and honest. I’d also like to mention the receptionist and dental assistant who had professional attitude and were friendly and made me feel welcome! Thank you guys!
