Had a photo session with Sarah who made a very inappropriate comment in reference to my ethnicity. She asked what ethnicity I was to which I had no problem responding too. However she went on to say my hair was 'unusual ' and that she thought i looked like a '(made up word) something people. I sent an email to management but it was brushed off . Very disappointing and unprofessional, no apology or anything.
