had a really unfortunate experience with this company a couple days ago. started well and looked promising but the day quickly fell apart and turned into a nightmare day. the lady at the desk who seemed pleasent at first became rude as the time drew closer to 5pm. she might have had a hard day but taking it out on me was wholly unprofessional. unfortunate but terrible experience. i wouldnt recommend.

The Wakefield branch really saved my bacon on moving day. Was let down by another firm on the morning of the move. Within 30 minutes I'd arrived and was driving away in a Luton Van which was clean and spacious. The 2 ladies in reception were lovely. Full of banter and smiling faces which was what was needed when stress levels were high. Cannot thank this company enough.
