Went there last night as my daughter injured her leg and then as a follow up today for an x-ray. On both occasions all the staff involved were faultless. Professional, caring and with sense of humour. Every single person made my daughter feel welcomed and really took care of her. Unfortunately cannot recall the names but everyone from the front desk through nurses and x-ray technician over there deserve recognition. Very different from other nhs establishments. Well done and thank you. Hope you do get the well deserved internal recognition as well..

I attended at the weekend after dislocating and injuring my knee. It wasn't very busy and I was in and out within 2 hours but the staff were absolutely fantastic, I cant fault any of them, from booking in at the front desk to the nurses and doctors. They were brilliant. Thank you for helping me and being brilliant

Superb service – Sarah quickly triaged my mum. Beckie then did the deed regards Steri-Strips and ‘supergluing’ mum’s room together. What a great team! And we met a lovely friend of Jacobs while we were there. Best of luck dear girl with your netball injury.

Took my son there tonight due to a knee injury. The nurse we saw was called Sarah and she was everything you could want a nurse to be! She apologised profusely for the wait (it was only an hour) , was very attentive and thorough and had a fantastic way of talking to both adults and kids to make them feel at ease. 10/10. Then to top it off she asked if my son was too old for teddies. Well is there ever an age where you're too old for teddies!? So she disappeared out the back and returned with a blue Teddy and a rainbow bag for him, very kindly donated by cforc.co.uk a crafting for communities group who donate crafted items such as these to hospitals etc.. how wonderful is that. Such a positive experience. Thank you to all
