The most disgusting food and so very misleading. I ordered on Uber eats from Ministry of Chicken, there was no mention of it’s partnership with Sam’s chicken which is so fraudulent. The quality of the chicken was terrible. The chips were stale. Needless to say our appetites were ruined, food went in the bin and we felt sick. Please somebody shut this place down!!!!!

I must say I am. Always happy and I always order from here. At least twice a week even 3 sometimes. I ordered 12:52 - 7 minutes before closing and it went through with 2 mins to go got my food in 30 mins max. Highly recommended.

I’ve ordered from them on Uber eats and I ordered a box meal which contained a burger, fries and 3 wings but only got the burger. Terrible service. I also had to pay extra money just to get a burger and no fries and wings. Not a trustworthy place to order from.

This place is not like how it use to be before lockdown. When it was only ministry of chicken it was good, food was amazing, tasty and fresh and since they partnered with Sam's they don't do half the food on the menu. Really miss the lemon fried chicken strips, buttermilk etc, they do not do it anymore. I don't understand how a business was doing so well and food was amazing then suddenly drops drastically and has poor service and taste and quality of food being bad. I wouldn't recommend anyone going there anymore unless they revert back to whT is use to be and what it was known for. You don't fix what's not broke!

I do no know what happened, but I finish my meal everytime, especially burger. But this one was absolutely worse burger I have ever tasted. The meat inside of it tasted and looked like a sole on my boot. I do not usually write a feedback buuuut this is not what I paid for.
