FINANCIALLY DRIVEN CON ARTISTS TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE IN DIRE SITUATIONS My dog was suffering with kidney failure and given his kidney value results I should have been told that there was absolutely no hope, but no I was fed a lifeline that they could keep him in and on fluids which could help but it could cost up to £1000, obviously anyone would do anything for their pets to save their life so I said yes. 3 days later I collect my dog who has spent 3 more days than he needed to, suffering in a cage. I brought him home to say goodbye to our family before our vet came to put him to sleep. Our vet and 2 other vets said that there would have been absolutely no chance he would have recovered from that stage of kidney failure. Following on from their up to £1000 cost this was almost double. Take your pets anywhere but here

I can only assume the person that commented " I’m really shocked at some of the reviews, but understand having a poorly animal is a very emotional time" Is a member of staff. It sure isnt someone who really loves their pet and was failed by this organisation ! For the love of god take your pet somewhere else, this place is unprofessional, uncaring and just wants your wallet. You do not want the experience they offer to be on your concience trust me. They failed my pet in a big way and i will never forgive them.

I’m really shocked at some of the reviews, but understand having a poorly animal is a very emotional time. When I took my cat Pepper in this morning for an abscess that was making him very stressed and loud, we were treated with compassion. Sometimes at vets I can feel silly for how much I’m worrying about my fur babies, but Sam was so kind and reassuring. I’ve never been to a vets to give you the price estimate before you pick up your pet, so it was nice to have an estimate so I could make the necessary arrangements. The process felt very easy for a stressful situation. I hope we don’t have to go back anytime soon, but if we do, I hope we get to see Sam again

Saw Ella at MiNight vets due to a major issue with our Golden Retriever Erik which our normal vet mis-diagnosed. We were dealt with on the phone professionally and politely (despite calling 2 or 3 times). Each call was answered promptly and advice given. When we did get to the practice, our boy was seen within 5 minutes, examined, scanned and sent home with meds. Ella was absolutely amazing and Erik is recovering well.

I do not recommend taking your large dog here, wait untill the morning and go elsewhere. That's my lesson learnt. I took my 2y/o German shepherd in because he wasn't eating, I noticed his eyes were slightly bloodshot so I took him in obviously understanding the £190 consultation fee, based on that he would get an actual examination. We got in and sat down, the vet asked if he was friendly, I said "yes but he is not the biggest fan of the vets since his jabs, so a gentle approach" ( I had brought a muzzle with us) So she jumps straight in and starts holding his face to look at his eyes👍. I noticed him change so I put the muzzle on and comforted him, he then barked at her through the muzzle. I was holding him by his harness. She then backs away saying "she won't continue" Fair enough I completely understand your safety is priority. That's not my main issue. My issue was that I was in the consultation room for no more than 10 minutes including talking about the issue and after about medicine. I was given a 30ml product of Entyce to make him hungry which they then tried to charge me £104 when 1. His issue was not diagnosed 2. it retails at a fraction of the price. Tried to justify the price saying it's. "because of his weight" (34kg). So on top of the consultation fee they tried to charge me £294 when I was in the building for no more than 20 minutes. I had to leave the medicine there as I simply couldn't justify paying that ridiculous marked up price. If you care about your dog and your wallet wait until the morning and go elsewhere, clearly in it for the money and will give your dog medicine without proper diagnosis. I will be going elsewhere now.

We took little westie, Alfie, there and the kindness and understanding we received made a heart breaking decision a little easier. They gave us all the time we needed to say our goodbyes and kindly offered us tea or coffee before we left

Rang at 4pm it’s now 10pm and no call yet from an emergency vet!!!! Disappointed that my vet has this as an emergency number. I managed to be seen by the most amazing vet at animal trust within 20 minutes of my phone call. As a result of this service my vets have lost my custom and we are now in the safe caring hands of animal trust. Avoid this is not an emergency service it’s a joke!
