This is what you call service.. phoned the team in the afternoon on the previous day, asked if I could be on site in Dartford for 0800 next morning. As per the request I arrived in good time where I was invited in following unloading the Proteus tractor and all ancillaries. The system checked, fault identified, repaired and tested and I was back on the road by 1100. First class.
