Rude. Unhelpful. Totally unreliable. I only give 1 star because 0 is not an option. I called 4x to discuss my booking- with someone always promising to call me back and they never did! Finally we agreed a time and place and then they never showed saying that signal had cut off our call and that they didn't manage to make the booking. My friend who also booked for a 16 seater was sent a 14 seater leaving 2 people stranded. They are rude, unhelpful and utterly unreliable. I would recommend walking before calling them.

Awful, we booked a mini bus for 12 people at 6pm, it got to 6:15 and they still hadn't arrived so i called and they said that he is 1 hour away!!! We booked for 6pm as we had to be somewhere. They never called back after that and didnt even bother turning up for the pick up either. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
