    One of two mini buses did not complete the outward journey. After a lot of emails back and forth, the company have finally issued an apology for the failed journey and Shabena Mahmood has now offered 40% off our next booking. However, what should have been issued is a 25% refund of the cost of the current booking, as 25% of the agreed service was not met. At least then we would be able to refund the guests who had to pay for last minute taxis on top of already paying for a place on the bus. Why would we ever trust this company with our money again? We unfortunately fell for the excellent reviews - don’t be as naïve as us; click on the reviewers Olivia Grimshaw, Shabena Mahmood, A m and Stuart Brodie and look at the other reviews they’ve left; you’ll see that they’re all just employees, mates or relatives trying to big up the various branches of this company. *UPDATE - in response to reply from company:* Firstly, I would like to thank you for responding to my review only 3+ months after the event. "Customer was advised that the bus was going to be slightly late" - in fact your poor bus driver had to contact us himself to inform us that his bus had broken down and was completely out of service since you were not professional enough to do it yourself. "due to the customer herself changing the pick time at a very short notice" - the customer rang you earlier in the week to ask if it would be possible to change the pick up time to 15 minutes earlier (simply for peace of mind due to possible unexpected traffic etc.) which you said was not a problem; if it was, you could have declined to make the change and the customer would have had to accept your decision on that. And your use of the phrase "due to" is entirely misleading as actual reason for the failed service was that the bus had broken down. "Customer was aware the bus was going to be late and could have rebooked or cancelled the service" - by rebooking I assume you mean with another company since you informed us you had nothing else available... but where you expected us to find a 17 seater minibus within an hours notice on a Saturday afternoon I'm not entirely sure? No option was given to cancel the service, and, as explained above, in the first instance we were contacted by the bus driver who would not have had the seniority to offer refunds. "then next day customer decided to ask for a refund" - I am confused by this happening the "next day" being brought up in a negative context - did you expect her, as a bridesmaid, to spend the day of the event on the phone to your useless selves getting herself even more stressed out and missing even more of the festivities? Please take this seriously. "Totally unacceptable review" - the review that I have left is completely honest and factually correct. The only unacceptable thing here is your service. "all these negative reviews are done by individual group from the same party" - Yes, when you hire out a bus to carry 17 individuals who have all paid for their place on said bus, I think you will find that you have gained 17 customers. Not just one. Not to mention the bride and groom who were also let down indirectly, due to their family members failing to make it to their ceremony and being missing from important wedding photographs that would have been cherished forever. I am honestly very surprised that all 17 customers have not left a negative review and think you should really be thanking your lucky stars that they haven't otherwise your rating would be so low that you'd have to go through the hassle of changing your company name; I wouldn't be surprised to find that this has happened previously considering the morality shown so far in our dealings with your company. Responding to reviews with misleading information will not improve your public image. If you need any further clarification as to my complaint with your company please do get in touch as I'm finding it quite therapeutic getting this off my chest and would relish the opportunity to continue discussing this matter with you.

    Terrible service. There were meant to be two buses to pick us up to take us all to my cousin’s wedding and one of them broke down in the morning which I understand is out of their control but the way they handled the situation is beyond disgraceful. They made the driver call to tell us rather than doing it themselves, then proceeded to offer no solution and the one bus that did turn up wasn’t even on time and had no clue about the route which was planned meticulously by the sister of the bride. Half of the wedding party was then late to the wedding as the same bus had to make the trip twice and some even paid for taxis which ended up being incredibly expensive when a lot of money had already been paid for the bus. After the whole fiasco, the company were then defensive and refused to offer any sort of refund or even an apology initially. Please be aware the most of the good reviews on here are made by the staff of the company, only something we noticed after dealing with them to complain. If I could rate the company less than 1 star I would.

    I would like to complain about the level of shoddy service received from your company, when 2 mini buses were booked to pick up guests from various locations so they could attend a wedding. At the last minute we received notice that one of the buses had broken down, we then had to rush to a different pick up point, as we were advised the bus was turning up 30 minutes early, but this was not the case, the bus still turned up late. As this was my nieces wedding day it was a very stressful situation, and it left my niece distraught that the wedding guests did not have the full experience of the wedding day, with a quarter of the wedding guests arriving over one and half hours late. As you can appreciate this experience is not something that can be repeated. Once the booking has been taken does this not constitute a binding contract to supply a service as agreed, unless a reasonable notice period is given of change, in this case none was given. The company should have serviceable buses at all times, which is clearly not the case.
