Avoid this company at all costs! They are currently in breach of UK consumer protection law and refusing refunds due to COVID even though they are not providing the service I have paid for in full. None existent customer service and communication. Currently seeking legal advice but suspect Kelly will fold the company now she has people's money and open under a different name. Do not give this company or Kelly your money! This company and women has no moral boundaries! I can not express enough how much I wouldn't recommend Mini Swimming or Kelly!

I have asked for a refund because the Columbus school hasnt yet reopened like all other schools. There is no start date in sight and need my daughter to restart swimming before she forgets everything! the refund keeps being refused which is unacceptable. if you cant provide the service I've paid for, you should refund the money.

This company happily took hundreds of £s for a swimming course at a local swimming pool but due to the lockdown cannot run the course. You would think this would result in a refund but no, they want to keep the money. The reason? Because they think they can. Apologies? None. Communication? None. Is there a reasonable alternative course my child can take? No.

Avoid at all costs. They break consumer contract law and illegally refuse to refund money when they are in no position to fulfill their contractual obligations. Rather than address customer concerns they ignore emails, phone calls and all other forms of communication, safe in the knowledge that they've already banked your money so couldn't care less about you and your rights. If it was possible to give zero stars, I would.
