Wasn’t the best experience, me and 5 other friends decided to go on a boat and was told to be split into 3 (which was fine) a blonde girl then told us 4 of us would pay £9 and 2 others would pay £8, she then made us work out how to split the money in between ourselves when originally we all brought are own money to pay separately (she wanted us to pay as a group). It was still confusing as there was no point and we all could’ve just payed normally. The boat trip was alright but staff just weren’t it. Thank you for reading.

When we arrived wasn’t much help and didn’t seem very welcoming they then continued to make paying extremely difficult and wouldn’t allow us to pay separately (card/cash) overall the staff weren’t very friendly.

My parents took the grandkids to use the boats at lakeside today. A blonde young girl took my mums handbag and also a large primark bag and put the bags in the back office, once the session had ended the girl gave my mum her handbag but not the primark bag when challenged the girl claimed she mixed it with another primark bag and gave it to someone else . Despite my parents asking for her name she refused with her and another female member of staff to give their name and was being rude to my elderly parents. the value of the bag was only about £50 but they were treated appallingly. they reduced my mum to tears and belittled them until they got them to leave with an email address to complain. The member of staff took 2 bags and returned 1 simple as that. in my eyes it amounts to theft . NO APOLOGIES.
