Highly unhelpful when called asking for advice on flat tyre on my mini and advised by other companies to call official mini dealership for help as part missing. Mini Park Lane advised me they couldn’t help unless car was in their shop and no way for me to organise having it recovered there so given advice to get a separate independent company to either break the wheel off or try and get my car recovered to another business. Whilst I understand they may not be able to help there is no excuse for being rude on the phone.

Post sales paperwork not sorted still 6 weeks post delivery. Paperwork didn’t correspond to order form and sales tried to charge me 750 extra for something in my order. Shocked. Manager has been told but no final correct paperwork issued yet.

Updated: See the bottom of the post for the update.............Placed an order for a Mini, left my deposit - Was given a date for my new car - Sold my old car privately to coincide with agreed delivery date, organised my train to London, booked a nice hotel in anticipation of a 3pm handover & journey home - They didn't keep to the delivery date - Forced to cancel the hotel & the train - Forced to a rent a car as the Mini wasn't ready - New delivery date given - Manager gave verbal confirmation (Only because of written e mail communication) that I could rent a car & they would reimburse on delivery - New delivery date came & went - They hadn't a clue when next delivery date would be - Started to say they would do their best on the charges for the car hire which spooked me - Someone had to make a decision as they couldn't so looked at another dealership, bought a new car from Mercedes delivered within a couple of days (That's how to do it BMW) - Mini, what a disgrace, Zero stars on customer communication - Zero stars on customer service & promise. To date I am £2000 in rental cars out of pocket. I have given you several months to do something about this prior to posting a review - Well done, finally some 8 months later they came back to give a % of the rental money as a refund so not so bad, just need to improve those communications.
