    This was the nearest garage when our VW Golf flashed up multiple error messages and warnings. Just from the description Mini Medics at Hollywood Garage seemed to know the cause, a wheel sensor. Within 5 minutes they had plugged the diagnostic tester into the car and read the error messages which confirmed their initial view. Replacement sensor was ordered, delivered and fitted all within an hour and a half and we were safely underway again without error messages. Great service and at a very reasonable price.     Special thanks to Simon at Mini Medics for helping me out last night. I've been taking my mini to Simon for 4 years now, and the customer service has always been fantastic, but last night he went above and beyond, helping me out, after hours, when the mini broke down. He responded to my calls and texts right through to nearly 10pm, trouble shooting with me and then whilst I arranged to have the car towed 70 miles to him by the AA (5 hours after I called them out). He even offered to have it recovered for me. He was happy to have the car dropped at his house, and the keys posted through his door at midnight, so he could sort it for me over the weekend and I didnt have to worry about the AA patrol leaving it (or the keys) in the wrong place. When was the last time you got that kind of service from a garage?

    If I could give 6 stars I would. Absolutely amazing garage, talked me through the issue I had on my car (broken windscreen wiper arm) and organised a fix quickly. Staff are quick, friendly and completely open about the car problems. If I've got car problems and I'm in the area again I'm coming straight here

    Thanks Simon and team for the full service and MOT. At other garages, the full service is just a list of checks but Mini Medics replace oil and much more as standard (no upsell phone calls). At MOT, it was identified that I needed new brake pads. This was all explained fully and you can trust Simon to provide honest advice. It’s all high quality and my Seat is now driving better than it has for ages.

    Knowledgeable garage for both classic and modern minis (now doing other makes too), previously they have completed many big jobs for me on both classic and modern minis a couple of time I had teething issues (which can be expected on large jobs) but always sorted it out with as little inconvenience to me as possible. Recently asked for advice and they happily provided it and told me pop down FOC for further help. 100% recommend
