I have been using majestic for many years - and was a concierge member. I have always found the staff helpful. My visit to Northallerton brach was the worst ever experience. I won’t blame the member of staff, but he was rude to me and my daughter. We were trying wines for my daughters engagement party and the member of staff complained that we had tried all of the wines on the tasting table. We had actually shared a glass each time rather than having one each. I wanted to make a formal complaint but couldn’t find how so am having to write it in a review. Happy to be contacted to discuss more fully.
