Great staff but organisation of blood clinics is awful. Needs to return to booked appointments. 2 hour waits are not acceptable abd the sheer volume of patients for the staff are not sustainable long term.

Blood Clinic only *Even though having an appointment for blood test, have been sent away, *there’s no consistency with their queuing system, even when pointing out any issues, staff do as they please at the inconvenience of patients. * staff’s social chatting comes before patients This is unprofessional and most annoying is the incompetence of any form of management within this department.

If going for blood tests get there before opening. I was 5th in queue at 730 in morning - take a book or something and follow the herd to the right. Otherwise you will be waiting hours

It would be 5 stars because whenever I've had to go it's been a good professional experience, staff are great and I always get in on time, however my appointment to see a doctor got cancelled an hour before the time stated and I had already set off.
