I learned from each session in different ways. The location by the coast and in a beautiful village was perfect. Delicious food ! Walking on the beach was very relaxing and Bridget has made her house into a little haven of peace. A much valued chance to unwind, be relaxed and introspective.

It was a wonderful gift for me to be in this retreat. Bridget inspire me a lot when I hear about her live and how yoga and breathing are essential for her. I will come back to Colombia (South America) my country, in a fantastic holistic shape: body, mental and spiritual. A wonderfully nurturing weekend! My mum and I were drawn to Bridget’s peaceful place on the Norfolk coast and loved every moment of the experience. We both learnt so much from Bridget’s kind and knowledgable way of teaching. It really deepened my understanding of breath work and got me in touch with areas of my body that have been laying dormant for a while. I specifically loved the homely, welcoming, inclusive feel of the retreat ~ I was at ease straight away. I would recommend this retreat to anyone ~ all levels of experience too! The combination of tailored Yoga, breath work learning, nature (a lovely afternoon enjoyed on the beach) and delicious home cooked food make it a very unique and magical space. Lovely informative yoga and breathwork "Finding Space" retreat in friendly, cosy surroundings next to the Sea. Bridget was able to teach us lots of new skills in short time and we had lots of fun along the way . Bridget taught us new practical breathwork skills to take home and incorporate into everyday life that are actually doable. Bridget is a great host and very knowledgeable in her field of breathwork . Hope you will consider doing a winter retreat in warm climes Bridget! I would definitely come along Josie Johnson

I have just returned from my New Year’s retreat with Bridget. This is my second retreat with her, I came to the Finding Space retreat in Nov ‘20. After every visit, I leave feeling re-energised. Bridget has an incredible capacity to make you feel welcome in her home through her nourishing food, involving you in her kitchen or listening to what you want to share. Feeling refreshed and energised after a wonderful break on this retreat. I did not know what to expect, having not been on a retreat before, but it met my needs on every front: good company, nourishing home cooked food, time outdoors by the sea, yoga and a breathing workshop. Finally returned from my mini retreat away in Heacham, Norfolk. 48 hours to focus on breathing, walking in nature and of course yoga! It’s been nearly two years since I retreated and so long overdue. Just having some space to “BE” for a bit, being nurtured through amazing food in someone’s home, connecting with other women (typically two NHS workers), holding space for one another, reconnecting with ourselves and road-mapping our futures together was wonderful. I’ve known for a while that I’m on the right path, but it’s always good to remind myself of that! And also, when life becomes overwhelming, to remember to stop. And breathe. Had such a fab weekend. Thankyou so much!!
