    Since starting with mindset bootcamp over three years ago, I have lost over a stone in weight, the classes are great, all the ladies are great and Carrie and her team are excellent. Normally I would give up exercise after about 6 weeks but the classes are such fun it makes you want to go back for more. If you are thinking of starting a fitness class I would highly recommend you give it a go, you will love it.

    I am a women that suffers with the mental torment of weight gain, I suffer with a medical condition that makes loosing weight very difficult and gaining weight extremely easy. Along side my weight gain I have had years of a really really bad connection with food and body image. I would mentally abuse myself daily with thoughts like “there looking at you and thinking, gosh hasn’t she put weight on” and “your ugly look at all your belly rolls” this lead me to years of yo-yo diets and the horrendous impact mentally due to repeat failures. Now I have joined Carrie I am very slowly coming to terms with the meaning of body composition, muscle mass and body fat, looking at my body as a whole rather then just weight! I have fallen in love with exercise and really learning to push myself to achieve what I want. It’s slow for me, it’s a commitment I need to make to myself but being apart of this amazing group of welcoming women it’s a commitment that’s so easily made! I’ll be on this journey for a long time, every week I need to work on my body’s health but mainly my mental health, but with regular exercise, (the classes are bloody epic!), classes with these amazing uplifting women, guidance of my coach’s I have absolute confidence I will get there, confidence I’ve never had before! If you need confidence and support this is absolutely where you need to start!

    What can I say.. I have just completed my 6 weeks challenge.. I initially joined to support someone else thinking I would just do 6 weeks then leave. However literally after the first session I knew I would be in for the long haul. Everyone says Carrie and the team are so welcoming and it’s true. The vibe in the classes is like no other I’ve experienced.. it’s hard work but paced so you never clock watch and the 45mins flies by. The classes are rarely the same twice in a row although sometimes follow similar formats but it never gets boring.. good music …good supportive company …with an outcome of good fitness and health.. what more could you ask! Loving it!

    I decided to try the 6 week challenge after a difficult few years that saw my weight and body change dramatically. I had been out of exercise for quite some time and needed to try something new. I joined the 6 week challenge in January and have just finished it. I can honestly say it was the BEST decision I have ever made for myself the challenge was a huge lifestyle change but I have already seen the difference to my health and wellbeing, including my mental health. Carrie is so passionate about women's health and fitness and it really rubs off on you. The classes are fun and I have never once been embarrassed about my technique or ability. It is a community of women all on their own journey but they are all so supportive and welcoming. I highly recommend this for to anyone who needs a kick-start in their fitness.     I have just completed a 6 week challenge with Carrie and the team. Well what can I say it’s honestly been the best start to New Year EVER!! My weight was just piling on and I knew I needed to loose weight but just had no motivation. I have had so much fun over these 6 weeks and will continue my journey with Mindset. I literally feel like I’m buzzing when I leave and everyone is so lovely and welcoming. I never thought I would enjoy exercising so much,I can’t recommend Carrie and the rest of the team at Mindset enough!
