    What drew me to Anthony's classes was how grounded his teaching is and how easy the meditation that he teaches is. To clarify, I was always told that to successfully meditate one has to achieve absolute lack of thought. Anthony teaches the fallacy of such an idea and works with the student to rid them of this misunderstanding and of the intrinsically linked belief that "meditation is not for me". Meditation has worked wonders on my anger management issues as well as helped me to appreciate what I have; likened to a reset button on my brain. Should anyone be intersted in trying meditation, I would advise them to reach out to Anthony to discuss with him and see if one is compatible with him as a teacher.
