I recently attended a wonderful workshop day at Mindfulness Leicester. There was a great balance of relaxation, humour and wisdom. Came to Lance and Claire for a one day crash-course in bread-making, and had a wonderful time! The different stages of baking were seamlessly interspersed with lovely coffee breaks, and a delicious lunch! I am a very keen cook, but baking - especially bread - has always seemed impossibly complicated and prone to outright failure to me; Lance and Claire very quickly demonstrated how easy it is, and their method (which I had never come across before) proved easy to remember, easy to do (no vigorous kneading!) and so far, successful to replicate at home! I came home with a very large quantity of delicious fresh bread (which I shared around family and friends to spread the tastiness), and can't wait for my next bake! Thank you Lance and Claire - please keep doing what you are doing - you are fab!

I signed up to the Journey to Mindfulness course with a very open mind and not quite sure what to expect. I had never heard of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. Having been diagnosed with Anxiety and Depression and working in a very stressful environment I found it extremely difficult to let go and move on from the past. Lance and Claire not only offered me a safe place to open myself up, they also taught me some valuable, easy to learn techniques to help me cope and realise that no amount of worry can change the past or do anything about the future. I have never looked back and feel a completely different person with friends and colleagues commenting on how happy I am. Lance and Claire, and Mindfulness has “Given me the key to a joyful life”. I would highly recommend this course to anyone with stress, anxiety, depression etc and let Mindfulness open the door to a new life.
