My initial interest in this course stemmed from curiosity, wanting to know more about Mindfulness. However, I gained much more than just knowledge during the course. The modern age bombards us with excessive quantities of information at a frighteningly fast-pace. As a result, we face a concomitant elevation of stress levels and a reduction in our attention span. Mindfulness has trained to me to slow down and engage with my present thoughts and sensations. Personally, it's greatest benefits have been allowing me to better appreciate my positive and accepting my negative experiences, overall giving me a much happier outlook and lifestyle. The course is informative, well-organised and you will receive tools as to how to practice Mindfulness effectively, which I believe will benefit anyone willing to give it the opportunity.

The MBCT course is a profound learning journey coupled with healing experience.Throughout the training Dr Rampes skilfully and wisely guided me through variety of Mindfulness Meditations which became invaluable tool in my every day life and my practice and teaching yoga. The training focuses on strong connection and interdependence of our body and mind. During the course I learned how to reconnect with child like qualities. These child like qualities of openness, curiosity, enthusiasm and joie de vivre when combined with our maturity, wisdom and discernment help us to live our lives to our full potential.
