    I would highly recommend taking part in this course. As a complete beginner, I wasn't sure what to expect from a Mindfulness Course, but with Chris being such an experienced, patient and passionate teacher I learnt more than I could have ever hoped for. It's also suitable for experts in the practice as well as beginners like me. This course has changed the way I experience my life. Although I may not always be as disciplined as others with my practice I have found that, since I've taken this course, Mindfulness has taken a big role in my everyday life and has made a change in me for the better. It's important to go into this experience with an open mind as preconceptions can almost hinder the practice, but I thoroughly encourage everyone to give this a go, and if you're going to choose a teacher to learn from you can do no better that Chris Gaia.

    Despite having done some Mindfulness before, I went into this with some skepticism about how much difference it could really make. Well I actually found it an amazing experience. Chris was a wonderful and supportive tutor and facilitator and the group really grew with him. I am still amazed by some of the things that have happened as we went through the course. Some of it was very tough for me, unclosed and long left issues came bursting out and I feel much stronger and balanced as a result. I met some amazing friends as part of this and my priorities and way of doing things have really changed.

    I have just completed my 8 week course with Mindfree Mindfulness ( Chris Gaia) and I would give this course 10 stars. I travelled from Essex to Chelsea and loved the journey to Fulham each week experiencing new changes as they surfaced within me. It is very important to have a trainer that is very experienced in mindfulness and has an ability to hold a group and an individual safely. Chris supported each of us throughout the weeks with integrity and experience. I would recommend this particular training to anyone who is interested in mindfulness at any level whether personal or professional. This course is great value for money and gives beyond what you may expect. I have come away with new learning, self development and a great group of friends with mindfulness in common.

    I'm really glad that I took on this 8 week course, I didn't realise just how much I needed it. I thought it would be quite easy, but it was challenging. After a slightly wobbly start, I found myself dealing with ancient and long forgotten issues, which slowly became managable as the course went on. When the 8 weeks were finished, I emerged strong enough to carry on the journey myself, equipped with the necessary tools and a support network.     Excellent and very personal courses. Chris really knows how to relate to his students and guide them without lecturing too much. In fact most of the theory is read at home after the classes. Be prepared to invest the time in practicing every evening otherwise you might not get much out of the course!
