The worst charity shop I've ever known. I am financially broke. I bought a short for a job interview for a tenna. The lady didn't give me a receipt. It didn't fit but they won't refund me. Refusing to refusing even though the lady confirmed she served me. The manager is a bully who takes her mistakes out on staff so they don't want to help people. I am going to be contacting their head office. A genuinely disgusting way of running a charity. You'd think they paid for the clothes people give them. Disgusting. Makes me feel sick.
