Simone is a fantastic teacher, so friendly and motivating and really puts everyone at ease especially total newbies like myself. The 90 minute session was a really thorough workout and I can't wait to go back next week.

    I have just started the women’s boxing class on a Saturday morning. I had previously attended a boxing class which finished and I struggled to find another women’s only in south London that looked friendly! Simone has been extremely welcoming and couldn’t have done more to make me feel involved! The classes themselves are good fun while still being challenging and I can already feel my fitness improving. I would highly recommend this class to other ladies that are interested in boxing to improve their fitness, whatever experience level you are!

    I would be a lot less happier with out this class in my life. The coach, the workout and the team mates is the best of combinations. I’ve been doing this class for 7 years, starting with the mummy classes when my eldest was a baby, and now sweating it out with PT/Group sessions in the Park. I love the fact I feel strong after every class, in my arms, legs and abs. The endorphin high post class lasts a good few days too. There’s just something about boxing out the week!
