Please train Valentina how to refund a card transaction. I was told that the credit card machine resets its self everyday and you have to wait until someone makes a card purchase above your amount ,then she can refund what I’m owed……….I felt like I was in a Monty python sketch.

Really good prices, they have a lot of home goods too which is great! I’m always looking for charity shops with more home goods. They also had really cute shoes and clothes. Would go back when I’m in the area.

Always a great range of reasonably priced items, and whomever stocks the store has a keen eye. A rather eclectic selection, in a lot of ways, which means that high-end high street labels and well-known designers can rub shoulders with genuine vintage goods. Just this morning, a woman left with four copper saucepans. Another had an orange velvet opera cloak (which looked fabulous, darling) and I got most of my Autumn wardrobe. The staff always seem to be in a good mood. And the soundtrack is great. There are a quite a few charity shops in the area but this one’s by far the best. The Trinity Hospice on Shepherds Bush Rd is also worth your time.
