I ordered a nose ring online through their website. At first I was having trouble paying (on my end) so I phoned & Slywia was so polite and willing to help. Customer service is A1. When I received my order it came packaged securely and beautifully, and the nose ring itself is gorgeous. Sturdy but glamorous, it is exactly what was advertised.
