Nearby activities: Have to plan your own activities. There's a close swimming baths and occasional things like Easter egg hunt. Safety: Always feels very safe here. Walkability: Lovely walk up to Harlech Castle. Close to the beach for a beach day- lack of facilities there though -like shop or loos. Food & drinks: Not much around to accommodate food and drinks. Premier shop. Small pub at the top that seems to be refurbished and looks to be serving food but we are yet to go again since this. Playground: Great Park facility and field. Dog-friendliness: 2 dogs per van. Dog walking field. Dog washing facilities.

Lovely clean toilets , surprised to be stopped by a rude jobsworth member of staff on the way out, who chastised me for using them, here's an idea, if you don't want the public using your facilities don't advertise them on Google maps as being public.

Top notch! Pitches have plenty of room, shower block was spotless, play area was great, location perfect. Only downside is no on site shop or cafe but not worth making down for.

Smart well kept site with an easy walk to a great sandy beach. Harlech very close and great to reach by the world's steepest street.

Immaculate camp sight. Some of the pitches tight for a large motorhome but larger are available. Worth a trip to area.

This is a well kept excellent site, 10 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from the pub, make sure you book for food. It is 15 minutes up a steep hill to Harlech and a bus at the end of the road for other destinations. The beach is huge with a walk through the sand dunes and has a dog friendly side. Toilets and showers are spotless and smell good too. There is lovely play area for children and a nice dog walk with poop bags and motion activated lights in the night. Our only negative would be we weren't allowed to put a pop up tent for cooking . We have a motorhome and prefer this to an awning. Goes up and down like an umbrella..This would not stop us coming again.
