It’s taken me a long time to write this review due to the trauma and distrust I’ve experienced here. Mimram vets is not a pug friendly practice at all. My poor pug nearly became blind here. Firstly, the veterinary staff were eager to tell me she was obese rather than worrying about her eye ulcer and how to treat it properly. This resulted in my dog needing to be emergency referred for a specialist to remove her eye that had in fact ruptured just a few days after her consultation at Mimram. Regrettably, I put my trust in Mimram to spay my pug after this, which led to even more problems. Her eye prolapsed whilst under anaesthetic which to this day, I still do not know what happened. She’s had several operations since with no issues at a different practice in order to save her vision. The treatment I received as a client was poor and because of this, I will never step foot in Mimram vets again.
