I currently live in the US but I am getting married back home in the UK. I had tried so many wedding dress shops in America where I had felt very 'sold to' and pressured. I came straight off a flight to try on dresses at Mimi Toko as they stocked Enzoani, a brand I love. The vibe was completely different, Lisa just wanted me to find the one for me and after trying a few on and her listening to what I liked/disliked about each dress, she went and picked out a dress that became 'the one'. Couldn't recommend this place more, great selection of dresses, chill vibe and good people :)

I had the most wonderful experience with Mimi toko. I had already visited a couple of bridal shops before coming here but not quite found what I was looking for. These had been good but in comparison rosie went above and beyond for me. When I checked the website I found a few beautiful dresses to try and also found a similar one on the designers website that they didn’t have in store, but Rosie was really helpful in ordering it in ready for my appointment so I was able to try it. Rosie spoke to me quite a bit before my appointment about what I was looking for, what our wedding was going to be like etc and was very responsive on WhatsApp sending me voice notes, so I felt like when I arrived for my appointment she already knew me and what I wanted. She had been so helpful in the run up to the appointment so I felt at ease and could tell she was genuinely excited also. When I arrived she had a glass of Prosecco and a pastry waiting for me which was a lovely touch. I tried the dresses I had in mind and Rosie also suggested another dress that I hadn’t considered which took me by surprise and actually became one of my final options. On coming back to make my final decision she was happy to go out of her way to let us come back at a time that suited us in the evening even though the shop wasn’t actually open so that I could get my dress oddered before the price increase. She also made sure the saying yes moment a lovely experience with getting us all Prosecco, photos on the swing, and tying the knot. Couldn’t recommend any more thank you so much for everything!

The ladies at Mimi Toko made my experience there so special. We were greeted with a glass of prosecco, had the boutique to ourselves and I felt like they really wanted me to find the dress of my dreams. Which I did! They were really flexible and allowed me to come back to try it on again after visiting a second shop. They've kept me up to date with the process and gave me a little goodie bag. Would highly recommend!

After having my second appointment at Mimi Toko to bring back my bridesmaids I said yes to the dress! There was always a particular dress I was desperate to try and Rosie kept me up to date with when it was due to arrive in store. As fate would have it, the dress arrive the morning of my appointment and receiving the “it’s here!!” text felt like it was meant to be. Rosie was helpful, honest and such a calming influence on our whole time in store. Nothing was too much trouble and she was full of different ideas. I felt so at ease the entire time and I’m so glad I found Mimi Toko.

I drove up from Hertfordshire with my mum to visit Mimi Toko yesterday as they carried some specific dresses that I wanted to try on and couldn't find in London or nearer to home. From the second I walked in I knew it was worth the journey - whether or not I ended up choosing my dress! The entire experience is so personal to you and they make you feel incredibly special as a bride-to-be - there are little touches that I hadn't experienced anywhere else! Lisa was wonderful throughout the appointment and it was lovely that Rosie popped down to say hello too. The team truly go above and beyond and I was so happy that I ended up finding my dress with them. I can't wait to come back to pick it up!

Mimi Toko was the first shop I had chosen to try on wedding dresses at and I was not disappointed. All the dresses are beautiful. Lisa picked out different dresses for me to try on by the things I had told her I liked and she also put a few curve balls in there so I had tried different styles on that I hadn’t even though of . Such a lovely shop and very welcoming. Me my mum, grandma , sister and best friend was all greeted with a glass of Prosecco, chocolates and cakes. Such a lovely day, I would recommend mimi toko to anyone looking for the perfect dress. Thank you Lisa for helping me say yes to the dress , can’t wait to come back and try it on when it arrives.

Absolutely amazing experience with Lisa and Rosie. Both genuinely lovely and caring people who really made me feel welcome and not pressured. It was very chill appointment which is perfect when you are a little nervous like I was. They provided Prosecco and allowed us to have a look around at the dresses which we had not had the chance to do at other shops. Lisa also choose loads of dresses she knew I would like and really was amazing as we did run over slightly as she knew I was super close to choosing my dress! Which I did choose in the end. Lisa is a lovely hostess and really helped me narrow down and decide on my beautiful dress. She filled me with confidence and provided great insight and advice! Rosie is lovely too! I have yet to meet Rosie in person as we have communicated lots before my actual appointment via Instagram and phone! She made me feel welcome before I even showed up for an appointment!
