Fitted a roof over the conservatory and charged £16,750 with no guarantees given for the work. Plasterwork a shambles & very lumpy with no straight lines. Room now floods significantly when it rains with damp walls, ceiling & carpet. Guttering blocks constantly & there's nowhere for the water to go. Came back to do repairs but basically denied any responsibility. Found out that the company (and the owner Kristian O'Connor) are not on an approved list under building regulations to carry out such work. Now advertises himself as a cyber security expert on LinkedIn. Beware of using this company.
